What is the Rental Duration and can it be adjusted to meet custom needs?

Rental Duration is fixed across all the products if an order is made online.

If the order is placed other than online mode, rental duration is fixed as per the discussion with the customer.

Custom need duration is fulfilled only after discussion, even for online orders placed.

NOTE: The duration cannot be changed after it is fixed.
